Run time 429 error

I get a prototype panel put together, just to learn how to use the program. I install FS2Phidgets. Goto start it up and it gives me a runtime 429 error: ActiveX component can't create object. How do i fix this??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the vb6 files installed.

I fixed it. I am stupid...this is going to be a long project. Forgot to intstall phidgets.msi. :rolleyes:
