Hi all,
The 'growing Boeing' was stripped down last weekend and finally made a flight of 30 metres into my music room, carried by myself and a mate. The move took about 4 hours including making a new frame for the projector screen out of PVC tubing. The sim has never been out of it's 6'x6'6" storeroom before so this was a good opportunity to take a few revealing construction pics while it was disassembled. I've posted about 9 new pics in my album starting at the bottom of page 3 and on into page 4. The sim is working again and it's a big buzz to be in a larger, air conditioned space. Now that the projection is from the rear of the screen I can start on the glareshield and roof section. The 230 count bedsheet works fine as a screen at a cost of $30! I'll get some more pics of it running soon.
