I am going to need to ship something a little on the large side and very fragile. Can anyone give me a few ideas?..... Like HELP!!!!!

Bob,
Your best be would be to contract it out to a shipping firm if you are not comfortable with the original vendor. They have DHL/UPS/FedEx in every country. Possibly go local and work out the detail for them to pickup, pack and ship.
Just a thought.

You could also get in touch with a local trucking company, maybe they are doing runs to a particular area.
It is also possible to get something put on the bus or train, maybe that is a better idea.

All jokes aside, what are the dimensions and weight? Some shippers have a premium product with additional care to specific shipments. (and a premium price)
