New supplier of interface boards

HCBParts would like to announce that they opened for business. www.hcbparts.com (http://www.hcbparts.com/) HCBParts will produce high quality interface boards for the flight simulator community. To get them off the ground they have available a rotary encoder card that handles 4 rotary encoders. It switches the rotary encoder output to a switch output. This means you can use a rotary encoder on most interfaces wherever you can hook up a switch. This card comes assembled and with 4 mechanical rotary encoders.
