BU0836X and Rotary Encoders
Hi All
I recently purchased a BU0836X board and hasn't it improved my sim in a huge way. I do have a question though. I hooked up 2 x single pole (soon to be replaced by 2 pole) 12 way rotary encoders. I have then caputred the movement on FSUIPC but it's a bit of hit and miss affair when I turn the switch. If I turn it clockwise 4 positions it might move 2 spots and sometimes turns in the opposite direction.
Any Ideas
Cheers
Chris

Re: BU0836X and Rotary Encoders
I had the same problem.
You have to download and install the small encoder configuration utility from Leo s site. It doesn't have to be running once you configure the rotaries.
the encoderas worked great after that.
