Re: Prosim737 price increase
Too bad PMDG didn't make their last NGX like Ifly is for Cockpit Builders, as I think they would've took over the market...

Re: Prosim737 price increase
Well, that probably puts an end to my cockpit plans. I can not afford to spend 800 euros. Very disappointing.

Re: Prosim737 price increase
There's ifly and Aerosim Australia which are software suites which are more affordable and continue to be developed.

Re: Prosim737 price increase
I'm not going to be forced into buying a software because the developers have suddenly decided to double the price. I don't need it right now (still building my cockpit) and when the time comes I will just look at more affordable cockpit software.

Re: Prosim737 price increase
Im going to try and use opus to interface with the cp flight EFIS and MCP for use with the ngx and fsuipc offsets (sys boards). PFD will be undocked. Anyone tried this method?

Re: Prosim737 price increase
Right. I just got my numbers and currencies crossed. As of today, it would really be (€330 EUR) $439.56 USD for me.
But doesn't matter since I decided not to buy. I'm nowhere close to needing ProSim737 and I may not ever need it. So I'm not hopping on the "Buy it now or else it!" bandwagon that ProSim is probably enjoying right now. I'll stick to using the PMDG 737NGX for my cockpit for now.
I'd rather spend the money on hardware instead of software that I don't really need. If/when the time comes I need a real hardware builder's software suite, I'll just consider whatever options are available then.
