Re: ACE 737 -YOKE - WARNING : TRIM DEFECTIVE SWITCH

No full time job, but people spend money and i think mfurber wasn't requesting anything out of this world.

    Just a simple e-mail.

Customers deserves respect, and a little bit of politeness wont harm anyone.

Hope things work out for you.

    Best Regards

Re: ACE 737 -YOKE - WARNING : TRIM DEFECTIVE SWITCH

This scares the **** out of me. I have been trying to place and order the last 3 weeks and get absolutely no response. I agree with mfurber 100%, it may be a small industry but there are loads of other I have bought from who do it right and well, give or take a bit of delay. Sounds like Ali is one of those people you come across sometimes, a genius at his work but no good on the people/service/comms side. But what does he want, to grow the business (sounds like a great product and lots of demand) or throw customers like me away? If the former, hire a part-time assistant, can even be his wife/friend/whatever who could give what we want, communication. Not much more of a cost and would be more than recouped by more sales

So besides this what other yokes are recommended (non-motorised)? Flypfc, others? I am going somewhere else.

Re: ACE 737 -YOKE - WARNING : TRIM DEFECTIVE SWITCH

Over the years that I have been a forum member, complaints about ACE`s lack of communication etc are both numerous and regular.
Stop rewarding their lack of customer focus by continuing to place orders or enquiries.

    Perhaps then they may change

Based on these regular postings, they do not deserve your money

Re: ACE 737 -YOKE - WARNING : TRIM DEFECTIVE SWITCH

I am looking for 737 column yoke - So far I have looked at flypfc, cockpitsonic and Revolution Simproducts, they all seem very good but a lot more pricey....but at least you get support and communication. Let me know any other you discover that look good
