Re: FSBUS Cant Write CID
Hello,
I have a strange behavior on my 6 pack Fsbus display card. After CID set, it randomly reset to 31, after 1 or more DC disconnects. How to fix it? All the jumpers are always sets, cause without jumpers displays doesn't power on. Is this normal?
Thanks
Francesco

Re: FSBUS Cant Write CID
Hello,
please describe what you do step by step.
Also make a picture of the board with the Jumpers for setup the CID and normal usage.

Re: FSBUS Cant Write CID
Hello,
first I set the first jumper to flash the first CID. After it's set I test with it with Fsadmin and it works fine with correct CID. After that, I remove the jumper from the first place and set it to the second place to set a new CID for the second display, and so on...After that i set all jumpers (as you can see from the picture, the four jumpers are soldered), and it works fine, but after 1 or more DC power disconnect the CID reset to 31.

Re: FSBUS Cant Write CID
I know that Problem, in the most times it is a to low power supply.
In the moment when you start all the Power supply dosn磘 supply 5 Volts because to may "users".
When the Voltage is lower than 3.6-3.9 Volts it is possible that the EEPROM Part of the Atmel delet all.
Get the Atmel Datasheet and setup the "BOD" or use a more stable power supply.
I use 5V 20A.
