I was having some problems with the Glass Cockpit so I reinstalled it and my CDU. When I manually enter a flight plan there is no longer a place to enter airways or waypoints on the route page. I have to go to the legs page and manually enter each waypoint. Also, it won't accept a flap setting on the Takeoff page so I can no longer verify my v speeds and have them show up on the PFD. These things have been working in all previous installs. I'm not sure whats going on.
