Building new 737NG Cockpit
Hello Everyone,
I am very new to this site and very new to cockpit building. I have been up all night drawing the Boeing 737NG Cockpit. Can someone tell me is the size length of the cockpit 2.18 meters and the width is 2.43 meters. I was thinking the cockpit would be a bit smaller and not that big. I want a 1;1 scale cockpit. I found some panels, overheads on flightdecksolutions.com, but they cost too much. Can someone tell me what is cheapest way to build a full, 1:1 scale cockpit. I found some measurements and the cockpit is too big. Can someone please help with this.
Sorry if I posted this on the wrong section of your site. I am very new to this.
Regards,
Dennis,

Re: Building new 737NG Cockpit
Dennis many people will build a slightly smaller scale cockpit if you are finding space an issue. There is also the option to build just one side of the simulator. (ie. captains side only) of course the benefit to doing this is also your build costs are halved!
