Need Help with OpenCockpits Master Card

Evening Captains,
My order of 737 parts and IO Cards arrived in the mail yesterday, and I'm already running into issues. I ordered a master card, an inputs card and an outputs card. I get how to wire everything, and program it, my issue is with connecting it to my main computer. I see there is a (VGA?) port on the side, but is that really the proper way to connect them? I'd really like to not spend more on the USB card if I can avoid it.

Hi,
You also need a USB Expansion card as this couples the Master card via USB to your computer.
Have a look at this manual, it may help you clarify a few things.

Wow, thats really annoying. So theres no way to make the Master work without the USB Card? Also, where would be the best place to get it quickly wish shipping to the US, really want to minimize $$$ and get moving ASAP.
