I had the power disconnected from my computer for several days. When I started the computer today and started SIOC I got the same old error message: Socket Error # 10013 Access denied. Apparently, any time I disconnect or loose power to my computer this happens. I have to uninstall SIOC, make sure the directory is gone, turn the computer off and back on, reinstall SIOC, restart the computer again, then the error is gone. If I don't restart both times I still get the error. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
