Unable to engage A/THR whilst in the air (B47)
Hello all.
In my haste to take off, I forgot to engage Man SPD and as a result I was unable to engage A/THR whilst en-route. The A/THR engages in a split second but then goes off. I tried disconnecting the AP and reconnecting but nothing I tried would allow me to select A/THR.
Maybe a bug in B47. Or a procedure error by me?
Regards,
Darren Sugden

Re: Unable to engage A/THR whilst in the air (B47)
Hi,
I have same kind of problem. If I start everything for the first time athr works, but if I disconnect it and land, then try to switch it on again, I can't. I have to restart FMGS again to get it work again... This happens from the athr disconnect buttons from throttles and also from the fcu.

Could it be that you have only set the ATHR TO (autothrust take over) button with the push event and without the release event?
That for JH would look as if you keep pressing it.
