I bought one of these small lcds from this fellow on Ebay a couple of weeks ago.
I paid around $60.00 (he had a couple with the "buy it now" option).

Not touch screen but a pretty good buy for a lcd (vga). I plan on using mine for the annunciator panel on the Convair 580 sim.
