The day is coming...

In the iTunes App Store check out iSmart EFIS and SkyCharts.

If I can get both of these working adequately (the EFIS currently requires a $250 upgrade but he might move X-plane compatibility to the cheap version), I'll buy 2 iPod touch's (or even better, the Apple Media Pads if those rumors turn out to be true) and set my monitor to external visuals only. I have GoFlight modules for radio, autopilot and switches. I will then have basically a LSA class glass cockpit - similar to the G300 in the new Skycatcher (it will be missing a rev meter though).
