    Thumbs up 747 in the making?????

    Hello All, my name is Darrell and i live in Lemoore CA. Im a retired Navy C-130 flightengineer and im into FS I started to put my desk top back together until my friend axefinch told me about this site and now im ready to build.Ive collected some computers 3.2 down to 2.0 total of 4 plenty of ram. I think i have them networked okay, but i have a problem accessing a windows file or programming file, the share file is enabled..................well just a few words its good to be apart of the community

    Welcome - sounds like you will be bringing a lot of knowledge to this forum (being a flightengineer on a herc)!

    Sometimes I have had to go into properties, sharing tab, advanced sharing and change the permission for some files/folders to work properly on the network.

    Hello from the UK, welcome to My Cockpit.
    There are a few 747 builders here, I'm one of them.
    There are some measurments on download section if you need any details etc.
    Good luck on the build and keep us posted.

    Id like to start with the ABC,s first. Then ill go for my dream sim C-130.
