Re: Display bezels 737
Hello,
Thanks, but I have no plans for a webshop, but if someone needs something, I'm always prepared to make it for you. If it is not urgent, you can always sent me a PM.
How I did it:
-With 2 rounded squares
-The first rounded square cuts the slope all the way around with a special mil.
-The second rounded square is the same one as the first one, except it is shifted towards the bottom of the display bezel. This one is milled with a normal endmil and the only thing that is milled away is the slope on the bottom of the display.
Thanks Joe for the link
Regards, Wendy

Re: Display bezels 737
Absolutely. That is a jigsaw and can be used to do what you are looking to do. Just remember that the quality of the cuts will not be the same and you will have to be very careful when using the saw. Saws, just like CNC machine are made to cut material, they do not know the difference between flesh and any other material you may be cutting. Take extreme care and get an adults permission to use the saw.

I believe that you definitely have the drive and desire to do it. Just be careful and have fun.

Re: Display bezels 737
Hey Jan,
They are 209 mm wide and 212 mm high and that is perfect for a 19" monitor and should be the size of a real one.

Re: Display bezels 737
Measurements on the inside are 182 mm wide and 179 mm high. Thickness on the inside is 9 mm and the outside is 6 mm. I took 3 mm of the back (around the outside of the bezel) so that there is no space between the monitor and the bezel.
