2. what is the usual airport and SID you use?
4. Did you select the "invert" action feature in IIT_Creator for this switch (CPT or FO side)? If so, are you sure it is inverted in your wiring?
Also, once the callouts are over, what happens if you push the switch just once (very briefly)?

Sorry I can't open it. I tried with LibreOffice Writer too.
Could I remove it and then run FMGS until it will crash and send you the new one?

It creates file 600MB again after 18 minutes flying. It's impressive that the time is every time almost the same 15-20min...

well this makes me think that it is related to the size of the file...
I'll investigate tonight.

Can you try to look at the file just a couple minutes after running the FMGS server? And then every few minutes until it crashes?
I cannot see why it would get to such a huge size....
