Re: update on the motion project.
This thread certainly documents, that flight deck building is not merely a handcraft, but an art. Fantastic, fantastic, Stef!

Re: update on the motion project.
Thanks Stef.
I notice the Aviation Megastore lists Engravity's window frame. You really should show all your products in your own shop!
Is that window frame used on the sim in the photographs? Are the window liners made to fit your window frame? Have you used all the liners listed in that sim?
Thanks again.

Re: update on the motion project.
The aviation megastore does a great job at selling our products
But you are right. Many of our products are not listed in our own webshop.
Is that window frame used on the sim in the photographs?
The fiber shell is an exact copy of the real shell (including all rivets ) and the window frames are exact copies of the real windows, taken from one of our real shells in our workshop.
you can see the window frames in another topic here though...
uhmmm here.....this was for a static trainer we made:
Are the window liners made to fit your window frame?
But keep in mind that no actual provisions have been made for fitting the liners. You will have to make brackets and such yourself.
Have you used all the liners listed in that sim?
except for the ceiling trim, that was custom made, together with the trim from shell to instructorsstation.

Re: update on the motion project.
Some last shots of the finished sim in the hangar at Simsensation.
Next weekend we will be finetuning the software and the platform with MOOG and Flightdecksoftware engineers.
In july it should be operational.
