    Maybe Mouser. www.mouser.com .

I have purchased colored ribbon cable from them before.

10 color, 40 conductor. Mouser part number 517-3302. That p/n may have changed.

You might give them a call and explain what you need.

    Regards,

    Richard

The type of wire Boeing uses is hard to find. I don't know where you could find such wire unless you tracked down the sub-contractor.

I used 20ga on my yoke and just tagged each wire on the harness.

Finding the exact colors your yokes have may be impossible. As BSW noted, it might be best to get close as you can and make a wire color chart to show the color matches and tag the ends.

I have also used a parallel port cable for wiring. Just cut off the connectors. Colors are solid but the one I used had twenty-five distinct colors to use.

Another possibility is terminate the Boeing wires with a cannon plug or other type of connector. Then output to a new wire list for what you have. You might use a certain color for ground in the project. This what you can easily trace by color's certain paths. Say red is used for power "+" and black for "-" or ground.

If you have MS Excel you can create a spreadsheet to keep track of your wires. Your going to have a bunch. This is how I plan for my project. This way I can always go back and follow different paths of wires. Use a wire bundle method and a lot of zip ties to help narrow down troubleshooting.

I don't know if this applies for the 767 yokes, but here is the trim switch wiring for the 727 and 737.
