Problem with engine startup
Below I have posted the beginning of my aircraft.txt file in the CDU/Types folder.
I am using FS2004, GC 487, CDU 487, RCDU 487, MCP 487, Systems 180 and Instructor 133.
I have huge problems to get a smooth engine startup, neither with the standard figures for "startup delay" a.s.o. nor with some tweaked figures.
Opening the overhead start switch N1 raises and after a short time N2 raises as well up to 12 to 13% and then drops back if I'm not opening the fuel cutoff lever in time. Normally N2 should raise up to 25% before you are allowed to open the cutoff lever, as I have been told by a real pilot.
Does anyone have a working config file for a 737-800?
I am interested, which figures you have for a smotth engine start!
