I am starting to build my sim after looking at so many different pictures and stories. I have decided to go with a generic cockpit based on a 737. I will have 3 17" screen for the MIP and 3 large widescreens for the outside display hooked up to a triple head digital. A couple questions that I had was 1) What material can I use for the MIP? The underlayer is wood but I want something shiney that looks like the real thing without having to paint it 2) I have the HAT track but I am going to install a surround sound so how should I put the device that is suppose to go on the headset since I will not have a headset or should I not even use this device. I will post some pics once it all comes around.
