My cockpit video
I just put together a short video of me flying a circuit around Castlegar (CYCG) British Columbia.

That was cool Shawn. I had it in full-screen mode. it was almost like I was there. The terrain is amazing!
I do that same sort of flying for practice. I'll pick an airfield. Usually with a shorter runway around 6000' or so, and just fly circuits.
I set parameters for the flight and do my absolute best to try and stay within what I've set for myself. Speeds, altitude, and headings. Most within +/- five knots, five degrees, and 50'. It's tough sometimes, but it keeps you sharp for when it really counts and makes you a better pilot.Boeing Skunk Works

Thanks for the replies guys I wanted to post the video in the video section here at Mycockpit but I couldn't remember my password and you have to sign on again to upload I tried every combination I could think of and came up empty handed. If an administrator could send me my password I'd be happy to upload it to this site.
Edit: when I try to use the "forgot your password" option it tells me my email address does not match any on file? I've only got three possible email address and I've tried them all.
