If you can tell what happened to you without bashing! In other words just tell the story how it happened.... But please no bashing.

Yes, It's always very unfortunate that you have had a bad experience.
We want to remain independant which means, hear two sides of the story. If we can help you, we will, but it has to be in such a way that we understand 1) what you were looking for, 2)what you had expected, and 3) what expectations the vendor did not meet, 4) how this can be rectified in your opinion.
Again, I'm sorry that you have been disappointed.Kester Meijer

Thanks for the info guy's. As I don't believe I could refrain from getting upset in a post detailing how I spent $3500 USD on a 6 month old peice of junk, I won't comment further. I will indeed edit my original email and take legal action against this UK based ripp-off merchant.

Hi Guys
I bought a computer systems from a UK based company that their add reads "systems desinged and build for Flight Sim" I scraped up the money and put my trust in the owner and salesman for the company. He promised me certain frame rates and quality over the phone and in emails. I picked up the system and payed in cash, but the system just beats my old 3.4 p3. The frame rates are not much better than my old one to. And it crashed with memory faults non stop I loose about 75% of my flight I start. I started calling him but he never had or has anytime to talk and fix my problems, he was so nice and polite before I bought. I found the 500W power supply he put in my system was not powerful enough for the 7950 GX2 GC after reading all my mother board literature. He promised to send me a new one which took a month! When it arrived it was a 600w unit but lower spec than the one I had and it was USED!.
6 weeks ago he promised to drop by and pick up my system as he was doing a presentation to a FS group close to me but he never turned up and still my "new" system sits doing nothing. For this he wanted me to pay the shipping both ways for the replacement PS!
I know that we have to do a lot of work ourselves in this hobby and I accept that, but when someone promises after sales service to sort out any problems, you pay the extra money and expect the help. Well I haven't had any help and it's left a very nasty taste in my mouth!
Sorry to vent but I felt I owed all an explanation.
Regards to all,
Mountie

Just a thought,
You might want to contact Computer Pilot Magazene, maybe write a letter to the editor. They may choose not to publish an add for a company that is not on par.
At the least, they may be able to offer suggestions to help you with your situation.________________________

Mountie, thank you for the explanation. And you did fine, no bashing. This works better for all involved you stated the facts and that is all we ask. I am sorry you had these problems. It is a shame when a company makes claims to get your money and then change faces once you have made the purchase.
