Re: End Mills
Hi Dave
I built my own cnc, I'm using an ozito router/ trimmer which is 1/4 collet
I use 1/8-1/4 bushing for the end mills, found a place in Sydney that sells them, at work at the mo, but if your interested in those bushings I can give you the link later
Cheers

Rich that would be excellent as I am having the same problem.

Re: End Mills
Dave
Heres the link to the bushing/collet its item number JL-271, If you do decide to order some might be good idea to phone them as its a massive store that sells all weired & wonderful things, (make sure it is in stock) Ive never ordered online though them , just gone to shop direct , but a fair trek for me to go. Ive found i am able to cut the bushings in half with a hacksaw so you can use 1 for 2 end mills also allows you to insert end mill further into router , so less chance of runout/wobble. http://www.mcjing.com.au/searchresul...=collet&page=2 on a side note the other place i mentioned in usa ebay. I ordered some more 1/16 bits yesterday & they were posted last night UPS so service with him is very good, hope all this helps.
Good Luck
