X-plane Phidget Interface Interest ?
Hi, I was curious how much interest there would be for an X-plane phidget interface along the lines of the FS2 program for MS flight sim.
I have been tinkering lately with X-plane and already have the basic interface process down for the 8-8-8 and LCD Phidgets. It wouldn't be to hard to make the solution I have in place for my stuff a bit more generic if folks are interested.
also these are not phidgets (though it would be great to see an 8x8x8 or 16X16 tied to one HINT HINT) but they are USB controlled. Link leads to 4X20 LCD character displays for about 60 each that folks might find useful.

Yes yes yes! I plan on using X-Plane in my pit, powered by a Mac Pro so I can jump into MSFS if necessary, but X-Plane is my preferred sim by far.

Absolutely!
I'd love to explore more interfacing options with X-Plane! I'm particularly interested in controlling servos/stepping motors for instruments I'm planning to start building for my simpit (172 salvage section).
