    Overhead Panel B737NG dimensions

    Hi All,

Anyone out there having the engravity or FDS overhead panel for the B737NG could give me the dimensions of the panels as I would like to make up a temporary overhead panel by getting a picture of the overhead and blowing it up to size and mounting it on a 5mm perspex sheet to have a visualizatin of the overhead first ....until such time a wehn I have more funds to actually built or purchase the overhead from the professional panel makers in the market.
See the attached picture of the overhead that I have the intention to send to a shop locally in my hometown and get them to increase the size .

    Thanks

Well, I've done it and got a local shop to make a poster size print on self adhesive poster print and stuck it onto a 8mm perspex sheet in the shape of the overhead using the size dimension from Jackpilot. Looks real fine and then in the last few days I put together the switches and knobs and guards for switches etc... and just have a few more switches to install that I ran out off.

At least this cheap version of the overhead gives me some realism of using the overhead switches link to my sim via the Leo Bounar Joystick controller card. That is next on my agenda to get my panel closer to working with my sim. Lots of work ahead , soldering and looming the different wires to the card. Will update later.

    Regards,
    Chris
