Back up PC?
Hello Together,
Merry Christmas.
I am building for 5 years while my A320 to Flightdeck. There are 4 computers used. One serves as a master on it with FS9 and AST server. It's always annoying when breaking down the master Pc. Is there a way almost down with the master PC to another PC to back up when the master computer with the FS on it breaking that you can fly with the Parraell PC on.
Have you a idea?
Greeting
Chris

Re: Back up PC?
Hard drives are cheap nowadays so you can set up the master with dual drives in RAID1 configuration.
Another way is to backup the partitions with Acronis or Norton Ghost.
Best,
Bjorn

Re: Back up PC?
Hi,
Thank you for your response.
Can then be switched mid-flight on the other hdd?
So that one can continue to fly, even though the FS computer is down
Greeting
Chris
