HI I am looking for a video
I know nothing about this site, so I hope I am doing this correctly.
I am doing a video presentation for my church for mission night. We are going
to pretend that we are going around the world to visit the various missionaries. I want do an on screen presentation that looks like an airplane taking off, landing etc. Does anyone know where I can download such video? I was planning on putting it (them) in a PowerPoint presentation.
Thanks Catherine

there are plenty of videos on youtube- no registration needed to just watch them. just type in aircraft cockpit takoff or whatever realtes and then you have a video. Then just copy and paste the link from the top address bar into your powerpoint. Then when doing the presentation you just click on the link in the powerpoint slide and it loads up on the exact site and page you copied the link from then just press play and hey presto. You can do this as many times as you like (eg. at the start and end of the power point for takoff and landing.)
P.S there are no copyright problems as i am aware and copying is allowed and public viewings should be fine.
hope that helps

Hi Catherine
Are you needing real footage of aircraft departing and landing, or were you looking for simulator footage? I assume real aircraft, and as pointed out you can go to www.airliners.net for tons (millions!) of aircraft pictures in all different phases of operation.
If you are looking for simulator footage, go to www.avsim.com and look in the Screenshots forum and have a look. Lots there too.

thanks
Thanks for the replies. I will not have internet in the church (it is a small church) so will not be able to use utube, and I do not have a budget, for this project, so I need something free. I am not sure if there is anything on http://www.flightlevel350.com/ that I can use free. The site said there is but I have not been able to find any. This is for a one night thing, only ones making any money will be the youth to help in fund raising for a mission trip they are doing this summer to mountain of West Virginia. Thanks again Catherine

Catherine,
I think you may have misunderstood.
Video's Etc. Are free to view and download. Download the video from the internet at home and incorporate it in your power point.
What they are saying is that you cannot redistribute it and make money from them.
The internet is full of flying video's etc.
Good luck.
