    monitor size

    hello all,

    I`m in evaluation of a hom-pid for a 747.
The 747 MIP has 6 8" inch monitors. Two on each side, EICAS and EICAS low. I want to stay close to the original dimensions, for the MIP what might be the best solution: PFD and ND on one screen and EICAS on a second one (lower EICAS I will drop)? Which is the best size? Has anybody experiences with mini LCDs ?
    thanks in advance

a 19 inch widescreen will cover both pfd and nd perfectly.
