WidevieW allows you to run FS on a network for as many views outside the cockpit as you have computers.
WideFS allows networking utility programs like Squawkbox, Teamspeak, etc.Boeing Skunk Works
Remember...140, 250, and REALLY FAST!

WideFS is needed when you run applications like PMSystems, ECAIS, or ND/PFD on a computer other that your main Flight Sim computer. It interfaces with the sim program. Teamspeak doesn't need it, not sure about Squawkbox. Hope you don't mind Michael.
