Welcome !
Welcome to the Flight Simulators forum! If you are using Phidgets in your simulator you can discuss it here. Ask questions or jsut show off your handy work for others to get ideas from.
Here are two projects that are already using Phidgets in their projects:

New To Phidgets!
I can barely understand this Forum, so what chance have I got of understanding a Phidget?
I have an almost completed Twin Otter flight deck and I now need a method of interfacing 2 engines, a prop, mixture and rudder analog controls with a USB input on a hub!!
I am not too computer literate and wondered if anyone could tell me what I need to achieve this? The coding looks positively daunting!!
I hope I have posted this to the right place - apologies if not!

RE: Sharing a hub and analogue inputs
Hi, thanks for writing
>>Would the Phidget with analog inputs, be suitable for Engine, Prop, Mixture and rudder (100k potentiometers).
Here is our page discussing how to do your own analogue intputs: http://www.phidgetsusa.com/tutorials/analogue_sensors.asp
Your 100K POT would work fine.
>> The Phidget would be sharing a USB hub with Go Flight units as well as a joystick. Would there be conflict?
Not at all, so long as there isn't excessive power drain from too many products.
>>I am not very computer literate - is the coding easy enough to understand?
I guess that's a relative question For someone who knows code, Yes, the code is the easiest on the market for this sort of thing. For someone who doesn't know computers very well, no. These products are driven by computer code, VB, C++, .net, etc. This is the basic requirement to get them running. You would have a big learning curve if you've never programmed before. If you know programming already there's very little learning curve.
What we hope to see is some creative people in the Sim world creating programs to go with the interface kits that non-coders can use. There are some great possibilities here for complete packages to be created using Phidgets.
This forum is here for people who might fall into this pioneer catagory of adapting Phidgets further into the Sim market. People who have ideas should put them out there
I hope this answers some of your questions.

Thanks Matt, but I think the "curve" will be too great for me.
Good luck.
