I have been purchasing items for several years and in many cases the items have arrived in perfect order . They were installed as directed and worked as described by the seller. But in some cases I have had some difficult and poor help in resolving issues and bugs with the supplier costing me several thousands of pounds. Then their is the issues surrounding importing of items and taxes what a surprise.then installation instructions some are bad and some are perfect but keep to the facts.

I would like to say that if you post a comment keep it honest and factual.

start a thread by product ... Eg ... Company name then the product specifically

please only put things in that are new from the original manufacture

that way if someone is considering purchasing that item then just look it up.
