SimQuads TQ and AFT Radio Box

So as I mentioned earlier I had purchased the 737 ng TQ and AFT radio box. It had arrived a few weeks ago, and I thought I would share some pictures with you guys.

So here is the TQ in my setup. No assembly required. Right out of the box

This is the Radio box, also no assembly required. Right out of the box

The TQ and the radio box are easily connected.

Just a few more for you to enjoy. The pictures really speak for themselves!

The company was very good to deal with. I had no issues with them at all. Very friendly! The product shipped with no hassles. Both boxes I recieved had more than adequate packing material and there was no damage done to either peices durring shipping. In my honest opinion I couldnt have asked for more. Good price and amazing product, hard to come by these days.

Thanks Greg. I think this person has the right idea producing quadrants that work "out of the box" and at reasonable prices. Friendliness and helpful advice also go a long way. Thanks for posting, Iain

    Greg,
Wow, nice pics!!! Can you please tell me how long did it take for your quad to get shipped form the time of the order? Was there any programming involved for the quad to work with FS9 or FSX? Can't wait for the review.
    Thank you again
    Phil

Re: SimQuads TQ and AFT Radio Box

    Hello Phil,

From the time of order to the time of shipment was about a month, I would suspect beacause they are so busy with other orders. That is what the webpage says at the moment anyway. I live in Canada so it took about a week to actually recieve the order after it was shipped. There were a few steps you needed to follow in order to get the thrust reverse and the fuel cuttoffs to work thru a registered copy of fsuipc. Its nothing difficult though anybody can do it. It works seamlessly with fs9 and fsx! I am also using windows 7 64 bit and there is no issue with that as well if anybody is curious. I am using the TQ with the NGX from PMDG and there are no issues with that either. All in all a very easy peice of hardware to get running with any aircarft.

The Simquads web site has been down for some time now. Anyone have any ideas if they are still doing business?
