Arduino Autopilot for GA (Saitek-Style)
Made of 2 Arduinos, 16x2 LCD, LEDs and Buttons. Inspired by the Saitek Multipanel.
I call him Benedix/Kong
It cost me 20 euros (China Arduinos). Build 10 hours and program 15 hours. Test flight was successful.
I do not have a case yet. At the moment he is lying on my B777 radio for testing. Later, I will mount it under my right monitor.
If interested, I can upload the programs (drivers and .INO) later.

Re: Arduino Autopilot for GA (Saitek-Style)
Hi skino,
Nice looking unit you've made. Are you using Jim's Link2FS for the interface?
I am in the process of building a small radio unit with a 20x4 LCD and I was going to put the AP function on that
but I now make a second panel like yours. I wouldn't mind seeing your INO as I am still very much a newbie to the arduino.
One question though, why 2 arduinos for a small panel like this?
Regards
Dave

Re: Arduino Autopilot for GA (Saitek-Style)
I use a self-written VB NET program for the MCP. 2 Arduinos I have to have LCD and LED separately. With the cheap prices of the Chinainos is no problem and facilitates the programming.
