B777 Operations Manual
I recently purchased the Essco Operations Manual for the B777. When I received it I noticed the cover was torn from the binding. The manual is around 500 pages and is cut with a 3 hole punch. They used a 2 post wire strap to hold it together. I thought this was suppose to be the final binding for the manual but I believe it's to eventually go into a 3 ring binder.
I decided I wanted it installed in a spiral style design. I use the local pack and ship store to have it bound
Since the manual is so big I split it up into 2 sections. I made my own cover sheet and had it copied on card stock with a clear cover for protection. The end result is a very professional looking manual with very little cost. The total cost was $5.92 with tax US.

Here is the link I purchased it from. http://www.esscoaircraft.com/category_s/8225.htm
Reminder it does not come bound this way. I like splitting it in two for better management. Let me know if you need any more information about it. The pages are printed on both sides but you can tell they are not original manual but a scanned copy of the actual manual.
