Hi all,

when flying I cannot reply on the EFOB (estimated fuel on board) provided by the MCDU.
Just before the Tod the MCDU indicates very small amount left in the tanks upon landing
while the plane still carries 5tons of fuel and the decent and landing will not consume that much (15 minutes decent at 2000 feet/min with 1000kg/hour -> normal descent from 30000 feet takes 250 kg of fuel)
Ones decending the EFOB sometimes becomes better ...
