On of the youtube users have made lots of good tutorials.
Check out his profile and have a peak at more of his videos. The FMC guide is divided into many parts.

Thank you to all for your answers...
Padraig,
I did not find this FMC tutorial. Where can I find it on the Project Magenta site? Or maybe could you sent it?
And yes in my mind PM is for Project Magenta..

Hi,
Tutorials on how to operate, all fine and well.
But my problem is that I've just purchased the PM software and I am awaiting the delivery of my FDS FMC/CDU.
But, when starting the application I can choose from different aircraft models but those I'm looking for 737-800 and 900 aren't listed.
Am I missing something somewhere?
Thanks for the help.Geert

Check to see that you have the latest build. also use the menu by pressing the ESC key in there navigate through and choose the option for the 737.800/900. if all else fails go to the ini file and set the aircraft type.
Hope this helps

Hi trevor,
Thank already for the reply. I have version 402 (latest release). Unfortunately the 'ESC'-key doesn't work. When I edit the ini file I can't find a reference for the aircraft.
Any other ideas? Thanks for the help.
Much appreciated.
Although, I've noticed that in the types folder the TXT files are missing for the 800 and 900. Maybe this could be related to my problem?Geert

Hi,
Thanks. These tutorials I've already seen. They use the PMDG model.
I'm using the Project Magenta software here.
In the Types folder there exists for each model a txt file which contains the characteristics.
The files for the 737-800 and 900 are missing in my folder. From my point of view, I think that it's really PM related.
Thanks for advice.Geert
