    Download Library

    Sorry, if this isn't the right place to put this thread.

    But every time I try to access the the download library it asks me to log in again even though I've already logged in.

    Can anyone help!

    Hi Rob, When that happens, it's usually related to a "Cookie" thing, cookies not being cleared. Not sure how to explain why, but, the way I've resolved and I know some others that do this..... first of all log out and shut down your browser and log in again. If that doesn't work, (I hate this), delete your cookies.

    Alternate Solution

    I have encountered the same issue, I discovered that if I select the "remember me" option below the log-in fields, I can then log-in.
