Hey
Hey guys,
My name is Cody and I'm obviously new here. In the near future, I want to start putting together a 737 cockpit complete with shell and projection screen. I'm going to see if I can pull it off with less than 10 grand but if not, 15 grand won't be a problem. I was thinking of building the wooden shell first then buying the monitors for the instruments, overhead panel, pedestal, TQ, CDU, etc.
Glad to be here,
Cody

Re: Hey
Thank you Geremy. I will definitely have a lot of questions. I know the basics of electronics, and I know where (almost) everything goes in a 737 cockpit, but that is the limits of my education on the subject.
I'm not starting for a few months though, so I'll have plenty of time to plan and educate myself on some more key topics relating to the build. Probably going to use FDS for most of it, then use Poldragonet for the overhead.
I'll Keep Updated.
Cody
