Hi Ernesto:
It is not an easy answer, because the final choise is yours. I replay as an user of Airsimtech from the begining and what can I say is they provided an easy interface, practically 100% accurate to airbus avionics and with a superb assistance to user.
Best wishes

Full compatibility

Hi folks,
I have also been thinking lately about AST software. I am currently using PM, but seems to have some bugs and unresolved issues regarding "proper" airbus behaviour.
How does AST handle the "Airbus Type" control of the sidestick, for example? And, is it already fully developed? (I heard some time ago there were some aspects that were still not finished).
To end my questions, this other one: to what extent are PM and AST compatible (ie. could you have, for example, the AST FCU running with pmSystems and pmMCDU, or any other alternatives?)
Thanks!Luis Gordo

Maybe too late, but check the following thread in the FDS forum, it will give some light to us Airbus simmers.

So it turns out that neither AST or PM have proper FBW implemented. Have a look at the link (to FDS forum) I posted below in this thread. It talks about FS Communicator. Airbus simmers talk very well about it. I've only paged quickly through the documentation and it seems very complete (though quite complex too). Anyhow, it seems to be the only alternative to accurate FBW simulation right now.

Hi,
I have been using FS Communicator recently (demo version) and I think it is excellent. Takes a couple of hours to set-up, maybe longer if you want to do some extra tuning of parameters but it's functionality is excellent, especially considering the full price!
I think with FS Communicator, there is probably no need to look further for FBW.
