    Rhys,

Sounds like a hoot, although only one small problem. If I am not mistaken
0800 UTC is 0400am Est. I don't think I will be awake to do that route.

Thanks Buddy for the offer though.

    Well... I MIGHT be there.

0800 GMT is 0400 EDT (East coast USA)........so it would require a serious commitment to participate from the start of the flights.

Might pick it up somewhere in the middle though. Sounds like fun. I'll have to look at a bit of a flight plan to see what the timing will work out like.

No ATC experience here ...so can't help on that end.

    Great idea though.

    best,

    ..................john

I can make it as far as London!

Really though I have to work, as I do most every Sunday. Saturday and Friday too for that matter.

You might want to post flightplans for the various legs, and also a "off the blocks" and "on the blocks" projection of departures and arrivals. That way people can figure out how to set up their RL schedules to participate.

Thanks for the fast posting of the flightplans. How much time do you anticipate BETWEEN hops? 30 mins on the ground? Or are these to be almost "touch and gos"? If you add 1/2 hour... that adds about 2 hours to the total flight time for the entire trip.

If I join.......on most of the flights I will have a little lower FL .... I fly a Regional Jet....... you're pushing my hard ceiling. Top mach is .71-ish for me...so I might be slow too. For the "pond hop" I might have to use an aircraft I don't usually fly (nor is the pit set up for). We'll see.

    best,
