    Rebuilding Engine & wing anti-ice panel

    I'm rebuilding a Engine & wing anti-ice panel. I got a small problem, I need to get a few wires out of this PCB edge connector but have no idea how they work. I don't want to just cut the wires if don't have to. Anybody know how they work?
