Symulatory- Any opinions?
I'm still looking for a MIP and found something thats looks like a ok deal, but have no references to the looks and quality of their work.
MIP Unit: http://www.symul.tatuin.com.pl/stron...mart&Itemid=56
Is there anyone of you that have purchased from them?

Re: Symulatory- Any opinions?
I got one from them 2 years ago, it's made of a kind of plastic foam. Go for FDS, a bit more expensive, but worth every cent. Also, AFDS panel seems not to be accurate.

Re: Symulatory- Any opinions?
I guess it all depends on what you want to spend. I purchased the M.I.P. from them and am entirely happy with it. It came sooner than expected, was packed VERY carefully, and looks great. It comes with all knobs, switches, leds, and dummy guages, and clocks. I elected to buy the kit, not the completely built unit. Hope this helps. Dave

Does the kit have all the parts that the "unit" is made of?

Re: Symulatory- Any opinions?
I've had mine for about 9 months now. The other gentleman was right, it is NOT made out of metal, but a compressed plastic, making it strong, it's actually heavier than the 16 guage metal M.I.P.s. As for the parts, everything is there, but the electronics, all switches, knobs, encoders. One thing that they don't do is send you any instructions, but for the M.I.P. you really don't need any. It comes in 3 peices, is packed very well. I was quite impressed, if you want something that is acurate, and low cost, plus looks good, this unit will save you money to spend on other things for your sm. I recently purchased their overhead and glaresheild. The overhead came already mounted on a holder, it is beautiful. I elected to use my own leds, so I just purchased the bare overhead without the hardware. I hope this info helps you. If I had it to do again I'd go with this company. Dave

Thanks Dave. It really helps me out when choosing my vendor.
Could you by any chance help me out with a few closeup photos?

Re: Symulatory- Any opinions?
Great pics and videos guys.
But then... How does this compare to the MIP from Cockpitsonic? The kit from them is only half the price. From what I can see the frames looks a bit cheaper, but still... half the price... and it comes with a landinggear lever.

Re: Symulatory- Any opinions?
Hi Nax228,
The link you posted shows the Cockpitsonic mip kit at 654euro (Symulatory is 499euro) but the description says "additional parts needed:
B737 landing gear lever
B737 AFDS panel with electronics
B737 flaps instrument with breakoutboard - this allows easy interfacing to your computer"
Wrong link? The photo does show the lever in place but I would check with them that it is included.
Cheers
Mike
