    Display bezels 737

    Hello,

    It's been a while since I last posted some results. Today I show you the display bezels that I have made, of course with my CNC.

    Still missing the big screw on the right hand corner. Here is the picture.

    Wendy,

    Great job on the bezels, in case you're interested you can use the PC case closing screws, which have the knurled section in place the large screws you are missing. They're available from Maplins for just a couple of pence.

    @Milt
    The most difficult part was how to get the strange curve in the bottom corners correct. That took me weeks to think how to do it. Finally, when I started cutting, it was easy.
    A lot of work is sanding the MDF, painting and sanding again and painting...

    Can you explain how you made the corners at the bottom side?
    And do you have measurements of the bezels?
