This is an image of the miniature connector board and 12" cable to remotely mount the Sony PS 1 TFT screen.

You can see in the image how short the ribbon cable is that is attached to the TFT screen. It's only long enough to fit through the slot on the board and plug in to the zero-insertion force connector on the controller board.

The 12" cable will allow many mounting options and get it away from the TFT thereby not blocking the ajacent instrument holes.

The connector board and the cable are from a company called Quadrangle Products Inc. out of New Jersey. Total with shipping was about $28.
