PMRJ, WhazzUp question

I have your excellent PMRJ and I want to use the ND better. I'm sorry if my
question sounds silly but I'm confused about the use of the WhazzUp,
Navdata, Quickmap, etc: How can I install these programs ? How to use them in the
ND ?
Please, remember that the only thing I have is the PMRJ.

For the RJ the only navdata needed is the Glass Cockpit navdata to
install directly in the pmrj folder. Whazzup is free of charge for you
and allows to create and display terrain data files, Quickmap needs to
be purchased...
