Problem with columns of ACE

Hi, i have two columns of ACE ago one year. they come with some minors errors but they work properly; Now, the both are imposible of calibrate under windows; i try under window, only with Fspuic, without, etc,. i check with other computers, and the movement to left right is ok, but up-down is crazy , is really imposible, i think that is now a problem of hardware of the joysticks-columns.
i write Ali several times, but i dont have answer. somebody knows whats the matter with ACE? somebody have the same problem?

I had a similar problem with a Precision Flight control rudder pedals. They worked for a few weeks and then started to lose calibration. I would recalibrate and it would work for awhile and then go out of calibration again. Turns out the gear drive to the potentiometer wasn't aligned correctly. The gear teeth weren't lined up, one gear was driving the other only because it was pressed up against the collar of the gear. Since lining up the gears properly I haven't had any issues. I voided the warrany by opening up the pedals but PFC wouldn't answer my email and didn't repsond to the support request in their forums so I was stuck dealing with it myself.
