    Boeing Start Switches

Has anyone designed or make a replica of the Boeing 737 Start switches the shut-off at 45-52% N1?? I was thinking a small actuator would work but not sure how it attach ot to the encoder shaft.

Someone succesfully did this at AVSIM. If you search through the threads in the builders section it should come up.

Pretty cool actually. They were solenoid held switches like on my Sperry AP, and would automatically release after light-off.

I saw his design. A little complicated for my taste so i'll see if i can simplify it a bit.
