Using Phigdets directly with pmSystems
Hi,
In the process of adding hardware to my simpit I came across this puzzle, but first the basics:
737NG 800 and pm Glass Cockpit and pmSystems build 74
In a great overview by Gert van der Winden I see that you need FS2PhUIPC.ini
I think this overview was made in march 2005 when there was no direct phidget support from pmSystems (if I'm correct)
Since (july?) pmSystems has direct control over phidgets via phidgets.txt
So it was easy to get the parkingbrake light assigned to a LED64 and it works as it should.
Now I want to make the autobrake switch to work on a 0/16/16 Phidgets board.
QUESTION: Can I make this work directly in phidgets.txt (pmSystems file) or do I still also need to make the modifications to the FS2PhUIPC.ini as Gert described?
I'm not using FS2Phidgets.
I had hoped I could do all directly from pmSystems.

According to what enrico told me, if you have pmSystems, no need for FS2uphic. I could be wrong though, as I am not using pmSystems yet. I do have a LED64, but not any other type interface yet. Still building!
